## Every candle is a gift set
A Vérba candle is not sold as a bare candle. Every candle, in every scent and
every size, arrives as a complete premium candle gift set, at no extra cost.
Each box contains:
- the candle
- branded matches
- a complimentary mini candle in a different scent
- a Vérba gift bag
There is no separate "gift version" and no gift upgrade to add — the gift set
is the product. Anything on this list marked as a candle is a luxury candle
gift set, ready to give as it ships.

## The brand
Materials: coconut–apricot wax, FSC-certified wooden wicks, and perfumer-grade
fragrance sourced from IFF, Givaudan, Robertet, Givco and Candle Science.
Each scent is refined ten or more times before it is released; Soft Bound alone
took six months to develop.
Concept: contrast, expressed as "her rules and his choice" — a white collection
and a black collection that answer each other.

Orders are packed in the Toronto studio and dispatched within 1 business day.
Tracking is provided once the order leaves the studio.
- Canada: complimentary standard shipping on orders $130+; flat $15 under $130.
Priority Express available at checkout. Toronto: free same-day delivery.
- United States: DHL Express only. Complimentary on orders $300+; flat $22 under
$300. Estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: Express International to selected countries. Complimentary on orders
$400+; flat $40 under $400. Estimated 4–7 business days after dispatch.

## Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for both defective and
non-defective items, provided they are unused and in their original condition
and packaging. Returns must be approved in advance — contact
contact@verba-store.com with the order number. Return shipping is the
customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Exchanges
are offered for defective or damaged items. Final sale items are excluded.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection.
