We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund.

3. Use of Site & Content

All content on this site—including images, product descriptions, logos, packaging, and copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of Verba and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our content or products for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for both defective and
non-defective products, provided they are unused, in their original
condition, and in their original packaging. Returns must be approved in
advance; returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is
defective or damaged. We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
Final sale items are not eligible for return. Once we receive and inspect
your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original
payment method. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Limitation of Liability

Verba shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. You agree to use all products as intended and follow any safety or usage instructions provided.
