2. Preorders & Made-to-Order

By placing a preorder or purchasing a made-to-order item, you agree to the estimated production and shipping timeline indicated at checkout. Preorder purchases are final and non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund.

4. Use of Site & Content

All content on this site—including images, product descriptions, logos, packaging, and copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of Verba and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our content or products for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Any request for return must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
