Shipping

Every Verba order is carefully packed in our Toronto studio.

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Canada

We offer shipping across Canada.

  • Complimentary standard shipping on orders $130+
  • Flat $15 standard shipping on orders under $130
  • Priority Express shipping is available at checkout

For Toronto, free same-day delivery is available.

A tracking number is provided once your order leaves our studio.

United States

To ensure fast delivery and avoid long transit times, all U.S. orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express.

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations (de minimis) and ongoing delays and losses associated with standard cross-border shipping, standard shipping options are currently not available for the United States.

We’ve intentionally limited U.S. shipping to Express only, so our customers don’t have to deal with extended delays, unpredictable clearance, or missing packages.

  • Flat $22 DHL Express shipping on orders under $300

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Europe

We ship to selected European countries using Express International shipping.

  • Complimentary Express International shipping on orders $400+

  • Flat $40 Express International shipping on orders under $400

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Please note: all applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate. These charges are determined by local authorities and may be collected upon delivery.
