FAQ

What comes with my Vérba candle?

Every Vérba candle arrives as a complete gift-ready set.

Inside each box, you’ll find:

• the candle itself

• branded matches

• a complimentary mini candle in a different scent

• a Vérba gift bag

All beautifully packaged, ready to gift — or to keep as your own ritual.

How should I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to 1/8” (3mm) before each burn.

Let it burn for at least 1–2 hours to ensure an even melt, but no longer than 4 hours to prevent overheating and loss of fragrance quality.

Always burn on a heat‑resistant surface, away from drafts, and never leave unattended.

What makes Vérba candles unique?

Each Vérba candle takes months to create. We sourced from the world's leading fragrance houses — IFF, Givaudan, Robertet, Givco, and Candle Science — testing hundreds of perfumer-grade molecules and natural absolutes alongside iconic ingredients like Iso E Super, Ambroxan, and coumarin. Each scent was refined ten times or more before it stayed. Soft Bound alone took six months.

The result goes beyond aroma — it becomes a ritual. Crafted as a dialogue — comfort and desire — every candle arrives gift‑ready, with branded matches and a complimentary mini candle.
